Many customers have multiple AWS accounts and run multiple business applications. For AWS administrators of these users, AWS billing is a basic service they have to face.
However, AWS billing granularity is very fine, with many billing rules, plus RI, Credit and other means that affect costs. Understanding AWS bills clearly, consuming with full awareness, and striving to save on cloud usage are essential skills for customer AWS administrators.
